New Year Exercise Classes

Here at Ballsbridge Physiotherapy Clinic we offer a range of exercises class or even 1-1 session. Exercise classes are a great environment to meet people, gain group motivation and create a sense of community. On the other hand, a 1-1 session with one of our trained physiotherapist might suit you better, if you need additional support or guidance and boosting confidence levels. We cater for all levels of physical ability here and encourage physical activity for all.

Pilate Classes

We offer a range of Pilates classes here in the clinic. This ranges from beginners, intermediate and advanced, to suit all levels of experience. Pilates is a great way to improve stability, strength, postural and flexibility. We have noticed that office workers find our Pilates classes particularly beneficial in counteracting the stress prolonged sitting may have on their bodies. Moreover, if balance and strength are an issue, our Pilates class is a great way at addressing these.

Healthy Bones

Healthy Bones is a class we offer every Monday from 12.15-13.15pm. This class is aims to improve bone density for individuals with osteopenia or osteoporosis. Posture re-education, stability, strength and mobility exercises are all key aspects of this fun and challenging class.

Strength

We also have a new class Stronger for Longer, that has been very popular since it started in September. Similar to Healthy bones, this class aims to improve muscle strength and challenges balance and co-ordination. The Stronger for Longer class is twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11.00am.
