At Ballsbridge Physiotherapy Clinic we understand our patients have busy lives and many commitments, even illnesses get in the way.  However, non-attendance at appointment or late cancellations generally means the appointment goes unfilled. These unfilled slots reduce the financial sustainability of the clinic, can impact on the earning potential of the treating physiotherapist and mean patients on the waiting list, wait even longer. 

To this end we have a cancellation policy of a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.  Should you fail to give sufficient notice or not attend your session you will be invoiced for a fee of €40.  This fee pertains to a standard 30-minute session.  If your session was of 60 minutes duration your late cancellation / non-attendance fee will be €80. 

We would respectfully ask that you discharge all outstanding fees before continuing your treatment.
