Classes
Pilates & Stronger For Longer
Here at Ballsbridge Physiotherapy Clinic our classes are small (max 6-7 participants) and always given by a Chartered Physiotherapist in blocks of 6-8 weeks. This ensures that all class participants are closely monitored and exercises are modified to the participant where necessary.
All classes are 50 minutes in length to allow time for participants to leave and for 10 min of ventilation between classes. All equipment is cleaned with medical grade cleaning products after each use. Advice on vaccine certifications and use of masks will be guided by current HSE advice at the time of your class and is subject to change.

We have classified our classes as follows:
Level 1: For those who have never attended a modified Pilates class before or perhaps completed 1 set of classes previously and would like a refresher.
Level 2: For those who have completed 2 or more sets of classes.
Level 3: For those who have completed 3 or more sets of classes recently.
