For in person classes, we have reduced the capacity of the classes and maintain stringent sanitisation and ventilation protocols. All classes are 50 minutes in length to allow time for participants to leave and for 10 min of ventilation between classes. Windows will be opened during class periods, with the fan and door open where permitted. All equipment is cleaned with medical grade cleaning products after each use.

Clients must wear a medical grade mask provided by the clinic when moving about the clinic or treatment rooms. Masks may only be taken off when exercising at your mat or station if you please. Most participants keep their mask on for the entirety of class. We have the right to change this at any time in accordance with Government guidelines.

Anyone attending in person classes must show proof of vaccination. Only fully vaccinated patients according to the HSE Guidelines will be able to attend in person classes.
