Here at Ballsbridge Physiotherapy in Dublin 4, we can help you get started or progress your Pilates journey! We offer physiotherapist-led in person and online classes or 1-1 sessions that cater to all levels. Our physiotherapists have completed specialised matwork training as well as advanced courses on different types of pilates equipment and specific patient populations. They will combine this training with their advanced knowledge of anatomy, and exercise prescription to help you meet all your fitness goals for 2023 like improving your running, exercising after having a baby, reducing pain, strengthening your core, and/or improving flexibility.

Pilates Classes
