Covid-19 Update 23rd March

Hi Everyone

Unfortunately due to Covid-19 pandemic we have had to close the clinic and move our services online to the best of our ability. A tough decision but hopefully it will just be for a short period. Olive, Dave and I are here to support you during this difficult time.

Get in touch by filling out our contact form and we can set up a video consultation via Zoom or contact you by telephone. You can still call (01) 6606582 and leave a message and we will return your call. Advice, exercise progression, even getting you to perform some simple movements tests can be easily done on a video consultation. We have also uploaded some Pilates/ Stronger 4 Longer classes to our YouTube channel.
