Pregnancy is a wonderful and exciting time for expectant mothers. However, the changes that your body go through during this period can play havoc on both your muscles and bones.

Here at Ballsbridge Physiotherapy clinic, we specialise in the treatment of lower and mid back pain, diastases recti and pelvic floor problems.  Our services include treatments such as manual therapy, dry needling, exercise advice, Pilates classes, trigger point release and pelvic support where necessary.
