With only a few weeks left until the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon it’s time to really think about training safely for this event. Here are some tips to help you get the most of this event: Keep hydrated: this event will take place on the Bank Holiday Monday the 1st June at 2pm. Given the time of year and the time of day that this event takes place, the temperatures could be soaring.
