At Ballsbridge Physiotherapy Clinic our Pilates Classes are conducted by chartered physiotherapists, so you get the benefit of working with people who are skilled in the medical arena as well as being professional practitioners. There are many ways that that Pilates can improve your quality of life.
The breathing and relaxation components of pilates are one of the reasons that it is seen as beneficial in terms of mental health. The mental stamina acquired can help in dealing with external pressures from work stress to coping with anxiety. At Ballsbridge Physiotherapy Clinic we run Pilates classes at all levels, from beginners to advanced.
