Exercise For Osteoporosis

Have you been diagnosed with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia? Are you wondering what type of exercise you can do? Or are you someone who wishes to help prevent the onset of these conditions?

If so, our Exercise for Osteoporosis sessions could be for you. These sessions are aimed at improving bone density and are based on the most up to date research in this area. Sessions will address all aspects which are important in building healthier bones and reducing fracture risk. This would include posture, stability, mobility, balance and strength. These sessions are carried out on a one to one basis with our clinical specialist in sports and exercise medicine, David Richards. The sessions last for 45 minutes and run for 6 weeks.
