Dry needling is widely used by chartered physiotherapists in addressing acute or chronic pain, but what is it? Dry needling involves the use of solid filiform needles is the treatment of muscle pain. A solid needle in inserted through the skin into the muscle and directed at a mysofascial trigger point.
