Now we’re in the middle of the Dublin Fringe Festival we can see many different performing arts on view. From hip hop to ballet, every form of dance pushes the boundaries of what the body will do. Sometimes these inspiring performances come at a cost and unfortunately musculoskeletal injuries are common in dancers.
