This type of pain may occur during the process of a disease or injury, in which healing does not take place, but sometimes this type of pain occurs with an unknown cause or a misdiagnosis of an underlying cause. This often results in difficulty in reaching an answer or a diagnosis of the pain.

If you are suffering with chronic pain at work, then you may have to take a lot of days off, so this is why it is important to understand the importance of wellness at work.
Here at Ballsbridge Physiotherapy Clinic, we offer a carefully designed programme that promotes wellness at work. Here at our clinic, we have noticed how even just a small change to a patient’s lifestyle can make a huge difference and benefit them greatly. Workplaces who promote wellness at work have been linked to greater productivity, less absenteeism, and a reduction of long-term health care costs.
If you are an employer and you feel that you don’t have the available resources to implement a wellness at work programme, there are many other ways that you can show your employees that you value their health.
Your wellness at work strategy does not have to be costly, you can implement a programme that is cost effective and still works well. With a wellness at work programme, you will actually end up saving money in the long run.
One of the main motivators for wellness at work includes the fact that healthy employees take less days off work, so if you incorporate a wellness at work strategy in to your workplace, then you will have a higher production rate at work.
Feel free to contact us here if you would like to know more about our wellness at work programmes.
