All other classes are full at this moment, however if you are interested please contact us to register you interest for the next set of classes beginning November.
As chartered physiotherapists, we can easily modify the exercises to suit all abilities and anyone experiencing a musculoskeletal injury such as low back pain, hip or neck pain to name but a few.
Our Pilates classes are suitable for individuals of all ages and physical abilities, even those who lead a sedentary lifestyle and would like to gently increase their exercise levels. Our classes also challenge your balance which may also help with injury and falls prevention, particularly for those experiencing balance deficits and loss of confidence.
We provide a free assessment if required, to ensure you’re suitable to attend the class. This is recommended if you are a complete beginner to Pilates. All classes are led by an experienced chartered physiotherapist with a maximum of 6 participants in each class which allows for individualised attention for each participant. The duration of classes is 55 minutes.
All equipment for the class is provided by the clinic. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing that is suitable to exercise and move in.

Book a Pilates Class
Our Pilates Classes are based on the Pilates method modified and taught by a chartered physiotherapist. Our success relies on our medical background and research-based approach to modified Pilates training. As chartered physiotherapists, we draw on extensive theoretical and practical experience. Our method presents the most current research relevant to Pilates and teaches a realistic framework of exercises for our clients. The benefits of core exercises are substantial for a range of conditions.
