Live Online Classes
Pilates and Stronger For Longer
As we continue in restrictions for 2021 we will continue to provide live, online classes.
These classes are led by Aileen and Emily. While not the same as in person classes they have proved popular with those doing the classes finding them beneficial whilst maintaining a routine.
If you are new to Pilates or Stronger For Longer and would like to join our class contact us and we will organise a short remote consultation to screen you before starting the classes.

Stronger For Longer
This is a mixed level class and you can set your own level by choosing your weights. All you need is some hand weights (1-5kg or even some tins of tomatoes to start) and a chair. It on Friday mornings at 11:15 for 45 mins and while we only re started in October it’s proving very popular with those who have re-joined. Again if you have any queries contact Sandra and she will advise.

All our classes are delivered by Chartered Physiotherapists who can deliver safe exercise for those with injuries or ailments.
Our Pilates Classes are based on the Pilates method modified and taught by a chartered physiotherapist. Our success relies on our medical background and research-based approach to modified Pilates training. As chartered physiotherapists, we draw on extensive theoretical and practical experience. Our method presents the most current research relevant to Pilates and teaches a realistic framework of exercises for our clients. The benefits of core exercises are substantial for a range of conditions.
