We at Ballsbridge Physiotherapy Clinic wish you a happy and healthy 2016. Many of us will start the year with good intentions to eat a little less and exercise a little more. Our Pilates classes remain very popular with classes suitable for all levels from beginner through to advanced. Clinical Pilates classes led by Chartered Physiotherapists are particularly suitable for people who have had previous injuries. It’s aimed at improving your core strength and flexibility; giving you a strong base to play golf, run or do gardening. Many participants find it allows them to maintain their busy lifestyles without the aches and pains. See below for comments from some of those who attended in 2015:
